House Description
In the heart of Bolinas, a stunning victorian farm house stands proud in the village. The Pepper House is a landmark home that has gracefully anchored the upper reach of Wharf Road for over 100 years. The home has four bedrooms (sleeps 12), two full baths and a galley-style, fully stocked kitchen that opens to a large dining room for entertaining. A front porch and upper deck overlook the village, offering a birds eye view of everything happening in town. A sunny private rear deck has a view of the wooded hillside. House is a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach. House comes with beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and beach cruisers … everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Things to do in Bolinas
- Spend the day at Bolinas beach surfing, boogie boarding, watching sunsets and relaxing. Two access points to the beach less than 10 minutes from our front door.
- Have a drink at Smiley’s Saloon, the oldest bar west of the Mississippi. Two doors down from the house.
- Enjoy a wonderful meal at one of 3 great local restaurants: Eleven for pizza and salad (https://www.11wharfroad.com/), Coast Cafe for fish and chips (http://www.coastcafebolinas.com/), Smiley’s saloon for great mexican food (https://smileyssaloon.com/food-and-drink/). All walking distance from the house.
- Drive up to Tomales Bay (30-40 min) for fresh oysters.
- Hop over to Stinson Beach (10 min) for burgers and ice cream at Parkside Cafe (https://www.parksidecafe.com/). They also have a great coffee stand.
- Go Tide pooling during low tide at Agate Beach (5 min).
- Hike the Dipsea or Matt Davis Trail (entry to both trails in Stinson Beach).
